Why do your tours look so much better than other tours I have seen?

Answer: We use a flat screen technology. It takes us longer because we have to take 16 photos to create the virtual spin, other virtual tour companies use one-shot and two-shot lens that speed up the photography time, but lose quality and create a fish bowl effect.

How do I get the still photos you have taken?

Answer: At the bottom of our virtual tours you will see a link that states; "Download print-quality images for this tour" when you click on it a pop up window opens so you can select the photos that you want to download. The images will download at 150dpi which is a perfect quality for flyers and newspapers. If you need a photo for the cover of a magazine please contact us and we will e-mail a 300dpi photo to the publisher.

How do I delete one of the photos from the virtual tour?

Answer: You have the ability to delete and reorder the photos. You can also add a description and add scrolling text to the virtual spins. When you log in to our back end you will have the ability to change information about the property as well as edit the images on your tour.
